Looking for Senior Project Manager and Project Managers
Reports To
Senior Project Manager and Project Manager will report to a Project Director or a Principal, depending on the role and project.

Artaic Group is seeking project managers to join the team. General responsibilities, based on level and experience may include:
- Budget and Schedule Development and Management.
- Project Team Procurement and Contract Management.
- Land Development.
- Design Coordination.
- Construction Management.
- Due Diligence and Feasibility Analysis.
- Overall Team Coordination and Communication.
- Agency Approval Coordination.
- Move Management and Transition Planning.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidates will have the following years of experience in the design/engineering and construction fields.
- Senior Project Manager: 10+ years
- Project Manager: 5 to 9 years
- Strong experience with land development and civil projects.
- Experience managing teams and success working in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong experience with MS Office, Bluebeam, Scheduling Software, and Budget Management Software.

Salary Range
- Senior Project Manager $105k-$140k
- Project Manager $85k-110k
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
