– Position Details / Expected Outcomes –

As an Account Rep, you are responsible for creating, launching, and maintaining digital advertisements for our clients (Facebook). You’ll also be inputting metrics from Facebook and Google into our KPI tracking sheet, keeping detailed notes of account performance, and building out accounts into our CRM (GoHighLevel). Your goal is to get your clients a consistent stream of qualified leads that become paying members of their academy.

The office has an open floor plan with lots of artwork and plants to help inspire creativity. We utilize Macbooks and have many accommodating features such as electronic standing desks, ergonomic seating and a library of books and resources for training/development.

Salary: $40K – $60K+ annually (depending on qualifications/experience)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST (30 minutes paid lunch)

– Next Steps –

1. After the screening process our Talent Acquisition Specialist will reach out to qualified prospects to schedule an initial interview via Zoom.

2. Hearing back after the initial interview can take 1 – 2 weeks depending on hiring urgency. If we decide to move forward we will invite you to our 2nd round of interviews with our leadership team – this will take place via Zoom. Prior to the 2nd interview, you will be asked to complete and submit our formal application. Out of respect to applicants, if you are not selected to move to the next phase, you will be notified via email of our decision.

3. For the third stage you will complete our assessments which will be emailed to you for completion at your earliest convenience. The assessment should not take more than 30 minutes to complete and will allow you to showcase things like: your customer service aptitude, typing abilities, communication style and compatibility with our company culture.

4. The fourth and final phase in the interview process is an invitation to a luncheon at our office. The objective being to get to know you and for you to get to know members of the team you may be working closely with if offered the position. It is also a great opportunity to experience our company culture firsthand and tour the facilities.

5. Once all of the above have been completed, it can take an additional 1 – 2 weeks before a final decision is made. Upon completion of the review process, we will reach back out to all candidates regardless if we decide to extend an offer of employment or part ways.
