CSI Companies has an opening for a Paralegal for a stable and growing company in the Tampa area. This position will be responsible for collaborating with internal personnel to provide contract support for client and supplier contracts, as well as other related projects and initiatives that support the organization. This position reports to the General Counsel.
Starting Salary:
$80-90k plus monthly bonuses
Essential Functions:
- Balances time across contract administration functions, including contract development, review, and integration with contract management system.
- Negotiates master service agreements, nondisclosure agreements, supplier agreements and miscellaneous other commercial agreements; this can include drafting non-standard contract language
- Provides quality assurance reviews of draft contracts and contract addendums before issuance to potential and existing clients and suppliers
- Records executed contracts and contract addenda within the company’s contract management system, including researching and resolving exceptions
- Serves as data custodian for all client and supplier contract data
- Identifies potential risks within contract language and resolves or mitigates them to protect the company’s interests
- Responsible to complete initial review of contract revisions made by clients and suppliers
- Performs data analysis projects on an as-needed basis

Education, Work Experience and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business management, technology, or other relevant subject area, or equivalent years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- 5 or more years of total experience, with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant contracts experience in a paralegal role
This is a remote work from home position but in-office time may be required
