Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Law Firm in the Tampa area and is seeking an EXPERIENCED Personal Injury Pre-Suit Litigation Paralegal.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Communication with clients, adjusters and medical providers
- Be an effective liaison between the Firm’s attorneys and clients by explaining the process, timelines and reasonable expectations
- working as a team with attorneys and co-worker
- Manage assigned cases through the pre-litigation process
- Prepare and send initial demand packages using firm guidelines
- Meet with client and attorney to sign final closing documents
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 years experience with Litigations, Medical Malpractice, Bankruptcy, Personal Injury or Accident
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Litigation Experience
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced office environment
- Strong time management skills
- Good communication skills; both written and verbal
- Knowledge of auto insurance coverage to include: PIP, BI and UM
