Job Summary:
Corporation located in Clearwater, Florida, (not downtown), has an immediate opening for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant/Legal Executive. This position is a hybrid position and reports to General Counsel and Senior Executives. Paralegal Degree or a Paralegal Certificate is required. Position has growth potential.

Essential Job Duties:
- Maintain Corporate documents, binders and spreadsheets
- Assist with and gather, organize, analyze and produce discovery documents
- Prepare legal and other documents from templates and creating same
- Work with Senior Paralegal on legal and other projects
- Manage legal and corporate documentation
- Support Real Estate VP with leases and renewals, lease agreements, amendments and other related real estate documents, answer questions regarding lease terms, conduct property related research, liaison between VP and commercial tenants
- Coordinate executive communication
- Schedule meetings and appointments, manage travel itineraries, and monitor calendars
- Other legal administrative task
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Paralegal Degree or Paralegal Certificate
- Some background in real estate
- Great attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the Corporation
- Desire to take on more responsibility as their is real potential to grow
