Full Job Description

Eligible candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the area of personal injury.

A dynamic and challenging role, as the Paralegal/Legal Assistant, you will play an important part on the Crist Legal | PA team to help the firm achieve its goal of providing the highest quality personal injury legal services in Tampa Bay for clients whose cases are complex and involve catastrophic injuries.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the firm can achieve its goal by answering the telephone in a polite and professional manner, greeting clients as they come to the office and making them feel welcome, following up with clients as needed and answering their questions, communicating effectively and professionally with vendors, medical professionals, legal professionals, and insurance adjusters to achieve maximum results for our clients, drafting documents such as letters and court materials, handling the day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining the office, and putting systems in place to ensure the smooth operation of the firm as a whole.

An excellent communicator, you can build and maintain key relationships with the office staff and our current and former clients.

Passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated by success, a key focus of this role will be assisting the firm to operate seamlessly, identifying needs, anticipating tasks as they arise, and completing them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
