We are seeking a real estate paralegal to join the Real Estate Practice Group in Tampa. Individual will be the “go to” real estate paralegal for the Florida Real Estate attorney team and will provide paralegal support across other offices including Naples.
Responsibilities:
- Title insurance agency work.
- Sales and acquisitions support, including due diligence, title and survey review.
- Closing document assembly.
- Commercial leases.
- Commercial lending (including support of Business Law Group finance attorneys)
- General real estate responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Strong real estate experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree and Paralegal Certification are preferred.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, the initiative to work independently, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential.
