Real Estate Paralegal/Legal Assistant – This client oriented law firm has a permanent opening for a Paralegal or Legal Assistant who has experience in real estate transactions including preparing closing documents, reviewing title and surveys, working with buyers, sellers, banks, real estate agents and developers.  If you only have a couple of years experience they are willing to train you and work with you to develop your skills in real estate.

Title Processor/Real Estate Processor – This Title Company has a permanent opening for a processor to handle intake of new files, maintaining calendar for deadlines and closings, scheduling closings, review and process title liens, taxes and payoffs, prepare and distribute title packages, obtain closing instructions, communicate with all parties involved in a transaction and other processor duties.

Litigation paralegal – Litigation legal assistant
