Office Assistant
Clearwater, FL
About the Job:
Local church looking for an experienced Office Administrator. Other general office tasks will be assigned. Pay is based on experience.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other tasks as needed
- Manages/overseas day to day operations of church
- Manages/overseas bookkeeper
- Manages/overseas maintenance
- Manages/overseas hall management
- Manages/overseas volunteers
- Responsible for church financials
- Responsible for capital campaign/fundraising management
- Works closely with various parish committees
- Works closely with CPA
- Works closely with Priests and Parish Council
- Works closely with parish ministries
- Helps maintains parishioner database
- Helps market church wide events
- Keeps up to date with all training on parish programs
- Keeps SOP’s up to date
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
Skills/Qualifications:
- AA (Associate’s Degree from accredited college/university) and/or comparable practical experience
- Bookkeeping experience/background
- Management or Supervisor experience
- Quickbooks Proficient
- 2-3 Years Fundraising Campaign Experience
- Critical thinking skills
- Professional and positive demeanor
- Self starter, Honest, Friendly, Reliable
- Organized and detail oriented
- Good Communication Skills – able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Able to multitask and prioritize
- Can operate standard office equipment
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Able to complete daily/weekly work assignments

Pay: $35,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
