Marcus & Millichap, the nation’s leading commercial real estate investment company is seeking an Administrative Assistant in their Tampa office. This is an administrative position for a senior agent, providing a broad range of administrative support. Responsible for various marketing and administrative tasks and errands related to commercial real estate brokerage as well as data base work. Previous commercial real estate experience is helpful but not necessary.
Flexible schedule of hours worked as long as availability is equal to 20- 25 hours a week during regular business hours Monday – Friday, with availability each of those five days preferred.

Specific Responsibilities
- Numerous administrative and general clerical responsibilities including: packaging of marketing packages and other marketing materials such as postcards, flyers, folders and brochures; writing letters; constructing mailers and any other tasks requested by the agents.
- Professionally answer incoming calls for senior agents and handle them accordingly. Perform copying, scanning, proposal binding and print jobs.
- Assist with the addition of new listings by sending e-blast to clients, adding new listings to our website and other listing sites.
- Researching different markets and properties.
- Construct weekly marketing reports on all current listings by collecting stats from Google Analytics, Websites (internal and external sites), constant contact responses and printed material summaries.
- Maintain and update client contacts and database management.
Job Requirements
- Ability to organize and prioritize critical tasks and work well in a deadline driven atmosphere.
- Must be versatile and flexible in making last minute adjustments to work requests.
- Ability to communicate extremely well with both internal and external clientele and vendors.
- Must have a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn new concepts and master new software applications.
- Strong work ethic, verbally articulate, high attention to detail/detail-oriented.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Constant Contact preferred.
- Strong editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuation.
- 1+ years administrative experience strongly preferred.
