Job Description
Join a fast-growing real estate brokerage with an immediate opening for a Part-Time Real Estate Asset Manager with an valid/current Florida and Georgia real estate license.
This position will manage our property contracts through an online system, reporting to our corporate office. The qualified candidate will be a self-starter and able to work independently, with excellent customer service skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates all aspects and logistics of a transaction
- Coordinate with Brokers of Record in each state at various points of the transaction process to ensure the proper treatment of due diligence documents
- A knack for multi-tasking anything from phone calls to emails to tracking progress across multiple internal and external points of contact
- Collaborate with multiple points of contact, both internal and external
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a current real estate license in both GA and FL

- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to convey complex principles through written and spoken correspondence
- Ability to read and interpret documents including real estate contracts, leases, and settlement statements
- Highly adaptable and a clear-thinking problem solver
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple concurrent projects alone or within collaborative teams
- A self-starter on individual projects and a contributing member on team projects
- Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environment, while maintaining strong attention to detail
