Part Time Assistant Manager – Five Palms Condo Hotel (Clearwater Beach)

Five Palms Condo Hotel is a quaint, quiet 19 suite property on the intercoastal in Clearwater Beach. www.fivepalmsvacationrentals.com We are looking for a Part Time Assistant Manager for our onsite office 3-4 days a week (flexible on days but some weekends/holidays will be required).  Normal office hours are 10am- 4pm everyday.  You will be working with guests on the phone & in person as well as helping them via email and websites like VRBO & AirB&B so good communication and follow up is required. Need to have high school diploma & clean record.   No real estate license needed but if you have one please let us know as that may be a plus. We would like to have someone with experience with Microsoft office including Excel, Word Press & QuickBooks.  If you have experience with vacation rental software or sites like VRBO and AirB&B even better.  Prior hotel or front desk experience is a plus.  Social media and/or marketing experience a plus as well.  Hourly rate will be $13-$15 hr. depending on experience. Please email your resume to [email protected]
