Looking for a vibrant, can-do personality to slot into our office and lives. Looking for assistance with the following types of things:
— 3D Photography for Real Estate Listings, includes meeting homeowners, taking 3D scans and editing after photo shoot [will train, easy to pick up], editing can be done at home or in office via web-based software and login.
— Runner to add lockboxes, riders and general help with busy real estate office
— Assistance with 13-14 year old, with notice on a schedule, for things to to/from tennis at East Lake Woodlands Country Club, stay at the house to make dinner and sometimes overnight stays for business trips.
— Walk owner’s dogs
— Run errands, as needed
Personality traits and requirements include:
— positive attitude
— nothing is to much to ask/do
— dress to impress when meeting clients
— computer skills
— reliable car, includes federal IRS mileage reimbursement
— clean background check
— Must take DISC Personality inventory
— works well with others
— responsible with calendar/show up on time
— Must be available certain days of the week during the day time for photo shoots, certain time block exclusions are ok
— Must have SS#, all payments through PayCor, payroll system
— $15/hour
