I require a part-time (as required) experienced bookkeeper to work from my home office in Treasure Island, FL. with my property manager. This job would require you to prepare all paperwork for the accountant at year end. Your role would be to go through my monthly statements and list my rental income and expenditures.This work can be done either monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly, as you deem best. I have a Quickbooks Intuit program downloaded on my computer to facilitate this work. An opportunity for a retired person wishing to supplement their monthly income by sharing their bookkeeping expertise on their own schedule.
