The financial analyst will be responsible for performing market analysis, feasibility studies and financial financial models for a wide variety of clients.
The perfect candidate will be detailed, structured but also curious and flexible; able to learn new markets on the fly and interact with clients in a professional matter.
Main job responsibilities include: • Market Research: determining rents & sales prices • Financial Modeling: from scratch or using existing templates • Presentation Creation: Investor books for banks and private equity investors • Interacting with prospective clients: providing sound advice and understanding the client The candidate must be a self-starter but also a team player, and work well under both tight and loose guidelines. The ideal candidate is reliable, and able to learn new skills quickly.
