We currently have a part time position available on our Tampa team for a field agent to assist in property management activities.
HOURS AND DESCRIPTION
- Field Agent: Assist in property management duties such as posting of For Rent signs, 3 day notices, perform walkthroughs and file property condition reports. This position is on as-needed basis.
WHAT WE OFFER
- $12/hour
- Company car provided – if a personal car is used, mileage is reimbursed.
- Guaranteed minimum 20 hours of work (more when needed)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION:
- Good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass background check
