Full Job Description
We are a property management company with properties throughout the Tampa Bay area. We currently have a part-time position available for a Field Agent. The Field Agent visits the properties we manage to perform different tasks. For this reason, the selected candidate will play a key role in being the eyes of the property manager and our company.
DESCRIPTION:
This position is held on the road. The field agent will assist in property management duties such as visiting properties to take high-quality listing photos, record listing video tours, conduct move-in inspections, move-out inspections, annual site visits, external drive by, post notices on doors, install/remove lockboxes and for rent signs, create detailed property reports, upload photos, make key copies, and miscellaneous errands.
In order to succeed in this position, the ideal candidate must be very organized, be able to maintain excellent communication with the Team Lead, and have a reliable vehicle.
SALARY:
- $13.50/hour plus mileage reimbursement
- 20 hrs a week guaranteed
HOURS:
Monday to Friday between 9 am – 5:30 pm
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION:
- Must live in Tampa
- Must pass an employment screening test
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a reliable vehicle (we do not provide a company vehicle)
- Must have car insurance
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR:
