What we do:
We provide world class customer service to guests at our hospitality accounts, visitors and patients at local hospital accounts, patrons of many local upscale restaurants, and at major professional sporting events in the Sarasota Area.
This is a part-time, nonexempt position Friday and Saturday 4PM-2AM
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as lead planner for small events; owning the planning and execution process with a strong sense of accountability
- Manage employees schedule and payroll daily/weekly
- Complete and submit accurate reports as required
- Prepare and adhere to budget guidelines to control cost and minimize issues
- Cash handling and auditing responsibilities
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to build strong rapport with prospects
- Excellent people skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
REQUIREMENTS :
- 3-5 years of experience – preferable in Security Management or Field/Project Manager role
- Work in field environment outside to which includes working in inclement weather conditions
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced always changing environment
- Must be a pro-active, self-starter who is able to work independently
- Strong out going, type A personality, with the ability to motivate others
- Availability to work when needed based on the demands of the business (NIGHTS & WEEKENDS)
- Position requires standing and walking for long periods of time
- Must pass nationwide background check
