Our luxury apartment property in Tampa, FL has an immediate opening for a Part Time Groundskeeper!
Hours and days are:
Monday- Thursday 8am-2pm
Fridays 8am-1pm
The goal of this position is to provide residents with a clean, well maintained living environment. To accomplish this goal, the responsibilities of the porter include, but are not limited to grounds pick up, landscaping, snow removal, record keeping, assisting and accepting deliveries, moving appliances, assisting with general repairs and any other related duties, as directed by the Site Manager, Assistant Manager, Regional Property Manager.
Hands on skills in the areas of basic cleaning and landscaping. Applicants should have knowledge lawnmower use and landscaping tools / equipment. We require good communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to a minimum of shoulder height, the ability to climb ladders and stairs, walk between buildings and on building roofs. Candidates must be able to use a shovel, push salt spreader, stoop, kneel, and bend and work on items at floor level.
