We are searching for a part-time Housekeeper/Assistant Property Manager another at the Sunset Inn & Cottages and 6 West Beach Cottages!
The ideal candidate would be detail-oriented, thorough, and a professional guest service representative.
The primary role of this position would be as a Housekeeper and include the following responsibilities:
- cleaning rooms and cottages
- taking care of laundry needs for our properties
- prioritizing guest needs
- communicating and coordinating with Property Manager to ensure a seamless room turn-over process.
Additionally, the position also would include Assistant Property Manager duties, such as:
- maintaining property grounds
- checking guests in
- tracking inventory
- organizing supplies
- communicating professionally with guests, vendors, owners, and visitors
Every day would be different!
Hours will vary per week with occasional, yet flexible, weekend shifts required when necessary to meet the demand of our guests during high season.
Starting wage: $15/hour plus tips
Candidates must have access to reliable transportation and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Experience:
