PART-TIME Leasing Agent needed immediately for apartment community in Seffner, FL. Sales or Apartment leasing experience a plus. Responsibilities include but not limited to: showing and leasing apartments, inspecting apartments for move in, explaining leases, delivering notices, general office duties. Saturdays from 10am – 4pm are required. Typically 14-20 hours per week.; more when manager is on vacation. Must be responsible, dependable, energetic, and love to meet new people from all walks of life. Drug and background screening. This is an EEO.
