Local apartment community, looking for a part-time Leasing Consultant. Ideal candidate must be friendly, outgoing, attentive. Perform all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and all other administrative paperwork. Must provided excellent written and communication skills, with outstanding customer service. Be able to communicate well and maintain good relations with staff and resident alike. Must be able to multi-task while paying attention to details. Three days a week, and alternate Saturday’s, Bi-Lingual a plus.
