Job Responsibilities Professionally deals with Resident complaints, concerns and requests on a timely basis to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Ensures timely, accurate and appropriate communications to residents, coworkers and supervisors. Ensures all leasing goals are met or exceeded regularly. Greets all prospects and qualifies them based on the Community Rental Application Criteria Tours Community and target apartment/model, highlights amenities and closes the sale. Handles all traffic according to Company policy: Records and reports results of marketing efforts and effectively communicates recommendations for improvement. Communicates with locators, comps and other industry professionals in sharing marketing and leasing information. Performs the outreach marketing efforts for the Community. Manages the social media communication efforts for the community. Accepts rental payments from Residents and ensures placement of such in the appropriate designated location immediately upon receipt. Maintains accurate records of his or her own leasing and renewal activity for reporting and bonus purposes. Ensures that policies and procedures regarding staff and Resident safety and security are followed in an effort to minimize liability (i.e. courtesy patrol reporting, light maps, Resident functions, access control devices, etc.) other assigned duties if needed Required Skills Experience in the following preferred: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Typing OneSite Suite Office equipment Soft Skills Customer service and sales oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Requirements High school diploma or GED certificate Read, write and speak English fluently Must meet company background investigation, credit screening and drug screening Must have a telephone number where he or she can be reached. Certifications Industry designations preferred (National Apartment Leasing Professional –NALP) Other Information Employees who choose to live on site will be required to assist with reasonable Resident situations even during “off” hours. Required Experience Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service-related industry. 6 months of apartment leasing experience strongly preferred. |
