Part-time

We are looking for someone with high energy, who loves to work with people and has experience in sales (preferably property management). Weekends will be required.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1.) Assisting prospective residents with finding new apartment homes.

2.) Prepare all paperwork for resident files (applications, lease packages, renewal packages, transfers, move-outs, etc.).

3.) Communicate with staff and customers via phone, letter and e-mail.

4.) Assist current residents with regard to maintenance and day-to-day issues.

5.) Provide support to property manager.

6.) Other duties may be assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

1.) Leasing experience preferred.

2.) Computer literacy.

3.) Attention to detail.

4.) Strong organizational skills.

5.) Good judgment.

6.) Communication skills.

7.) Excellent follow-up via e-mail, letter and phone.

8.) Positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliable and self-motivated.

9.) Property management software experience preferred (Onesite/Realpage).
