Job Description
- Daily trash/garbage/litter patrol of grounds
- Open and Close dumpster corral gates early Monday and Friday morning to accommodate city trash collection.
- Weekly Cleaning of dumpster corrals on Friday (or as necessary). Sweep out corral, spray Round-Up on any weeds. If large objects such as furniture are left at the dumpster, they will need to be taken to the furniture corral at the back of the property.
- Cleaning of pool areas on Mondays and Thursdays.
- Cleaning of pool restrooms including restocking the restrooms of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and any other supplies needed on Mondays and Thursdays.
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. The board of directors are to be notified of repairs that are needed. The board will set the priority for repairs at the property.
- Light bulb replacement in buildings and lantern light posts.
- Repair potholes and large cracks in roadway.
- Irrigation system upkeep and repairs.
- Bi-annual power washing of sidewalks, stairs, walkways, and common areas around the pools and dumpster corrals.
- Touch up Painting communal areas.
- Spray Round-Up as necessary in parking areas, common areas, around pools, fences, and along edges of buildings.
- Locate and make repairs as needed to the water shut offs.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
- Report violations of the condominium community rules and regulations.
- Tracking inventory to ensure that you have adequate maintenance supplies.
- Obtain supplies from Home Depot with Home Depot credit card.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Turn in time sheets to the Ameri-Tech office in a timely manner (every other Wednesday)
- Other activities as directed by manager or board of directorsJob Type: Part-time 20 hours weekly
Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour Depending on experience.
