Boutique commercial real estate firm is looking for a part-time maintenance person to work 8 to 10 hours a week at an office/retail business park in the new New Tampa. Sample week is Mondays and Fridays, 4 or 5 hours per day. Possible room for days/hours flexibility if shown to be reliable.
