KRI Properties, a growing apartment management and investment company has an immediate opening for an experienced part time apartment maintenance technician for a small property located in St.Petersburg, Florida.
Duties to include completing work orders, turning suites, and other special projects. Work to include plumbing, light electrical, drywall repairs, painting, grounds maintenance as well as misc. repairs.
Must be available to be on call.
