Marketing: In charge of all branding. Ability to seek new marketing strategies. Marketing research and development. Ability to develop, maintain and promote business relationships.
Social: Manage all social networks. Keep content fresh and updated. Reply to comments, questions, other inquiries. Make sure to use proper tags, keywords, and other tools for maximum exposure. Requirement: Must understand and be willing/able to learn FB Advertising strategies.
Websites: Manage all websites and landing pages. Update and keep current all sites. Add info to sites on a regular basis. Make sure to use proper tags, keywords, and other tools for maximum exposure. Requirement: Must Understand of WordPress Websites, Google Analytics, SEO.
Publications: Create and manage print media advertising. Magazines, Brochures, Cards, Postcards, etc. Requirement: Must be able to utilize Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Publisher
Articles: Manage monthly articles in area publications; manage deadlines, proofread material and work closely with writers and editors. Requirement: Must be able to utilize Grammarly and Adobe Illustrator
Design: Must know Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe products. Must be able to utilize online programs such as CANVA, PowToons, and other creative tools.
Blog: Create and maintain blog calendar with daily posts and featured posts weekly.
Video Blogs: Must be able to utilize video editing programs. Manage a video schedule for the team, direct and distribute videos. Requirement: must have a basic understanding of DSLR camera equipment, camera lighting, etc.
Sales Programs: Must be able to manage farm marketing tools and manage agent farm markets.

Position Schedule:
Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm / Saturday offsite duties as required
