Our services have documented millions of dollars in savings through PPO Network Administration, Care Management, Electronic Claims Management and Out-of-Network Negotiations.
Responsibilities:
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Help plan and prepare for upcoming office move
- Assist in the employee recognition quarterly award
- Aid in onboarding new staff
- Facilitate desk and equipment set up
- Maintain equipment inventory
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Resolve office-related issues and respond to requests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Perform receptionist duties and clerical duties when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, Outlook
