INETICO, LLC. provides care coordination and cost management solutions to self-funded, fully-insured and travel plan members.
Our services have documented millions of dollars in savings through PPO Network Administration, Care Management, Electronic Claims Management and Out-of-Network Negotiations.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Help plan and prepare for upcoming office move
  • Assist in the employee recognition quarterly award
  • Aid in onboarding new staff
  • Facilitate desk and equipment set up
  • Maintain equipment inventory
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Resolve office-related issues and respond to requests
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Perform receptionist duties and clerical duties when needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, Outlook

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $13.00 to $16.00 /hour
