The position requires 24 hours at The Lakeview of Largo South Condominium per week. The position is perfect for someone starting out in the industry or someone that may be semi retired looking to manage one building to keep their skills sharp. The manager would only be required to manage, all accounting responsibilities are performed in our main office.
You will need to be extremely people oriented and organized. This position is as much personality related as it is managerial.
