Commercial Property Management company in Tampa seeking a part-time employee to handle maintenance issues on a small portfolio of properties. Position would require interacting with tenants and vendors to schedule maintenance repairs; obtain bids for repairs; obtain certificates of insurance; & perform property inspections. Candidates should have good communication skills, working knowledge of Excel, familiarity with commercial leases. Some knowledge & experience with commercial property & leases a plus. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
