| We are primarily a property management company working with homeowners who lease their homes on an annual basis. When these homeowners want to sale; often they will hire us.
1. Part-Time Real Estate agent to handle in-house listings 2. Office space is available or may work remotely 3. Ability to handle 1-5 closings per month 4. Most hold Active real estate license 5. Most be willing to transfer license to WrightDavis Real Estate 6. Most have at least 2 years of experience and over 40 closings 7. Must have local MLS experience 8. Compensation is 1% of sales (average listing side is 3%) 9. Agent to earn between $35k – $50k /year 10. Time expectation is 10 -30 hours per week. Number of hours very based on the number of listings 11. Agent can work their own listings in addition to those listings provided by WrightDavis. 12. Flat fee of $500 for all non-WrightDavis provided listings 13. Most be highly organized and strong follow up skill Job Type: Part-time Salary: $35,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year Required experience:
