Part Time Real Estate Assistant/Success Manager

Creative, organized and tech-savvy Success Manager needed for busy & energetic
Realtor to help grow my business, and improve my client’s experience before, during and after the transaction!

Must be an efficient, detail-oriented, and self-motivated worker with excellent verbal communication. Basic computer skills and being able to work as part of a team are two necessary attributes. Experience or license in real estate is not required but a plus. Your job is to elevate the client experience, not necessarily to sell anything.

Your responsibilities will include:

* New Buyers & Sellers:

  • Introducing yourself to new clients via phone or in-person visit
  • Setting buyers up with lender partners when needed or assisting with new client paperwork and entering new listing data into Charles Rutenberg Realty dashboard and the MLS
  • Delivering flyers to new listings, putting on a lockbox, making extra keys, etc

* Client Engagement:

  • Weekly client updates: creating raving fans out of all clients by providing consistent and insightful updates in the medium they prefer with a client-first attitude (call, text, email, etc)
  • 100% Responsible for 5 Star Review Program (Google, Facebook, Zillow, Realtor.com)
  • Garnering referrals from past and current clients o Managing client holiday and birthday gifts
  • Scheduling buyer appointments and seller appointments
  • Monthly e-newsletter

* Lead Generation:

  • Assisting with FSBO/Expired’s Success Packet, printing and dropping off, as well as incorporating mailers when needed.
  • Reaching out to any online leads.
  • Managing database: consolidate all contacts to the database, organize, and update

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour
