Full Job Description
We are looking for a prudent property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned residential and some commercial properties. This does not require any accounting skills, as we have an in-house bookkeeper. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
- Manage tenant maintenance requests
- Update and maintain Rent Manager system for all tasks
Skills
- Proven work experience as property manager, minimum 1 year of experience
- Fully understanding property management aspects
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in Rent Manager and/or relevant databases and software
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Valid real estate agent license

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay
