Must know the real estate title closing process from contract to closing. Experience with Double Time or similar program preferred.
Duties include answering phones; ordering title searches and clearing title items; preparing settlement statements; and handling closings.
Must be a notary or be capable of becoming a notary. PART TIME. Approx. 30 hours per week.
