Part-time relief manager needed for storage facility in Tampa. Usually 12-18 hours per week. Weekends required. Responsibilities include but not limited to: showing units, going over lease paperwork, accepting payments, renting U-Haul equipment, retail sales, minor cleaning, picking up trash, checking property. Skills required: excellent customer service, computer, attention to detail, ability to move 26′ trucks, lift up to 40 pounds.
