Seeking a Part-Time Title Processor – M-F, but hours are flexible- 20-30 hours per week.
- Must have experience working in a Real Estate Title Company with experience in Real Estate closings (Residential and Commercial);
- Must be able to enter data of all intake file information with ability to confirm accuracy;
- Must be able to review and process lien searches, estoppel letters, payoffs, surveys, taxes and various other items necessary for closing;
- Must be able to organize file and calendar time sensitive matters to ensure all items for closing are in place;
- Must have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize matters;
- Must have experience using Closer’s Choice and Title Wave;
- Notary preferred.
- Title License preferred.

Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
