ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Monitor and update time and attendance system daily
Deliver error-free time cards to Payroll Dept weekly
Track late in’s, out’s and absences and furnish report to HR
Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate personnel
Welcome on-site visitors
Receive, sort, route mail and other companies documents
Keep reception and conference areas neat and organized
Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, collating
General admin support as assign
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
HS/GED
1 year related experience/training
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer)
Communication skills (written/verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills
Must pass pre-employment drug screen
Preferred bi-lingual (Spanish) but not required
