Local Oldsmar company seeking a Payroll Coordinator. This position will be responsible for performing a wide variety of recordkeeping and payroll processing activities to include, but not limited to, computing wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, ensuring all pay codes are accurate, pulling reports from timekeeping system as necessary, preparing and reconciling payroll previews and processing terminations.
Job Functions:
- Multi-state processing of payroll information and maintaining records through ADP Payroll system
- Perform a wide variety of payroll administrative activities, including export of hours worked from time and attendance system
- Process pre and post validation of payroll processing in accordance to departmental internal controls and standards
- Maintain employee database records regarding payroll related changes, elections and/or deductions
- Responsible for garnishment/wage attachments; interpreting and implementation
Candidates should have at least five (5) years experience processing payroll for 1500+ employees. ADP payroll system knowledge is preferred.
