  • Ensure compliance to legal requirements and tax regulations
  • Approve Tax agency report
  • Complete the reconciliation of 941 to W2s and 499s
  • Complete the reconciliation of amended 941 to W2s and 499s
  • Payroll Tax Funding and Equity
  • Complete three-way payroll reconciliation
  • Manage third party vendor to ensure accurate and timely close out of year end
  • Complete Puerto Rico 480.6d Reporting
  • Complete new tax authority applications and setup in ADP Smart Compliance
  • Manage SUI rates in SAP and ADP Smart Compliance
  • Liaison with accounting, Business Finance Services, Corporate tax and Treasury.
  • Completion of funding reconciliation
  • Responsible for all Tax compliance matters
  • Liaison between BMS and its outsourced tax provider
  • Ensures timely and accurate tax payments to associated authorities
  • Ensures timely and accurate tax filings to associated authorities
  • Ensures timely and accurate response to all tax notices
  • Complete the Power of attorney (POA) Process
  • Back up for relocation and GPR updates
  • Complete review, analysis and running of the G2 file for Fidelity Stock updates
  • Proactively develop and maintain technical knowledge in specialized area(s); remain up to date on current trends and best practices
  • Complete and/or assist with other projects as they arise
  • Minimum of 3 years of payroll related Tax Professional experience with a minimum of 2 years knowledge and experience utilizing SAP
  • Minimum of 2 years Payroll relevant business experience
  • Experience working in a shared services environment
  • Experience working in multi country environment
  • College Degree in a Business-related field
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is preferred
  • Strong Microsoft office skills. Must know VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
