Email Marketing Strategist
Direct Hire: $50,000 – $60,000

We are currently looking for an experienced Email Marketing Strategist to act as a primary client, agency, and team liaison for email marketing campaigns. This person will provide email campaign account management support and consultation to our clients and internal team.
The Email Marketing Strategist must employ proven project management skills, solid client service experience, strong marketing knowledge, and have 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing and deploying emails through an email service provider as well as the ability to maintain a high level of client satisfaction while meeting all business goals set by clients is critical for success. This position will work directly with the client and internal teams to manage successful email campaign implementation while managing a high level of quality control.
What we are looking for:
ESP experience: Salesforce, Listrack, Exact Target/Marketing Cloud or Responsys
Proven experience implementing email marketing campaigns
Client facing experience
Proven experience creating email strategies, test plans, and detailed reports
Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations on next steps based on metrics
Experience being a lead/mentor on a team
Vendor management experience
Subject matter expert in email best practices
Additional experience with the following a plus:
Experience in editing HTML or working with complex filter designer logic
Database knowledge and experience (SQL, Import/Export, list merge/purge)
Experience with scripting languages
Development skills including HTML/CSS expertise
