The Permit Drafter will be responsible for the following: To obtain for Customer benefit any and all deeds, leases, easements, rights-of-way (“ROW”), pole attachments, conduits or other use agreements, licenses, rights, franchises, permits, notices, grants and other approvals, granting Customer and/or Supplier the rights, titles and interests to use real property of any third party for the purpose of completing the Project, further including any approvals that may be required by any federal, state or local governmental authorities, including, without limitation, any documents necessary for compliance with FCC requirements, environmental assessments (“EA”), SHPO/Tribal approvals, FAA/ASR compliance, and any consents or approvals required under any exceptions to title for a subject property that are necessary for the construction, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of a wireline network under the Scope of Work. Permits shall be in a form and substance acceptable to the relevant governing agencie Prepare and submit all permit applications and plans necessary to deliver Services under the Scope of Work from the applicable authorities and agencie Furnish separate plan and profile drawings along with Registered Professional Engineer stamped drawings when requir Secure all project authorizations and approvals. If you are an Associate Engineer or Drafter with Telecom experience, you will be considered for this position. Requirements: Ability to perform all responsibilities listed above Must have experience with telecommunications or utilities Prefer experience securing federal, state and city permits Excellent interpersonal skills Hourly pay ranging from $12 – $18 per hour depending on experience.
