Personal Assistant
We are looking for a responsible personal assistant to provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. The personal assistant will work on a variety of tasks related to the executive administration’s working life and communication.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the executive administration, and staff as well as clients.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Take dictation and minutes.
- Source and track inventory of office supplies.
- Produce reports, memos, and presentations.
- Maintain filing.
Experience and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent computer and administration skills
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Bilingual a plus.
