Personal Assistant:

Our client is seeking a responsible personal assistant who can oversee administrative needs and responsibilities in multiple areas.

Qualified candidates must be reliable, efficient and have a great ability to multi-task. The ideal personal assistant is a manager of one, self-motivated, and open to flexible working hours. Being proactive and using your initiative. Being structured, methodical and possessing a good attention to detail. Also having significant levels of tact and discretion and remaining unflappable and calm under pressure.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Supporting all administrative needs and correspondence
  • Overseeing household staff and staff schedules
  • Extensive travel management and reservations. Understanding local areas of travel and booking restaurants, spa services, etc.
  • Basic bookkeeping and managing household bills
  • Undertaking ad hoc personal errands, including dry cleaning, vehicle maintenance & cleaning
  • Household purchases / returns and credit card / account reconciliations
  • Assisting with event planning
  • Occasional house sitting
  • Dog grooming and walking as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other.
  • Previous administrative experience or personal assistant role with an employer preferred.
  • Ability to handle administrative duties and tasks.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, leadership skills, and business administration skills.
  • Strong passion to develop personal assistant skills over time.
  • Comfort with performing tasks outside the job title.
  • Time management skills. Interpersonal skills. Ability to schedule meetings and appointments. And the capability of arranging travel.
