Looking for an Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
Data entry
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions through phone and email
Accurately maintain HRIS data and personnel files
Assist with onboarding request as necessary
Work within software programs such as Microsoft Office & ICMS HRIS system
Other various administrative duties deemed necessary by HR Manager
Requirements
Strong data entry skills
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to meet time-sensitive deadlines
Strong oral and written communication skills
Previous Experience with ADP a plus
Strong knowledge of MS Office software – specifically Excel
