Full Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing personal tasks provided by the Executive Planner at Parties A’ La Carte. In this position, you should have the ability to coordinate personal calendar appointments, manage personal communications, and complete given tasks, as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule travel
  • Complete associated errands
  • Personal Bill Pay
  • Grocery Shopping
  • Dry Cleaning
  • Purchasing and Returns
  • Gift Wrapping and Holiday Decor
  • Decor and Decorating Skills
  • Coordinate and schedule personal calendar appointments
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Must have a car and a valid drivers license
  • Ability to travel
  • Background check required

Notes

  • Majority of these tasks are not associated with Parties A’La Carte as this is a personal position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Personal assistant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
