Position Expectations:

This position is for applicant skilled and capable of working for a company which operates in high end luxury property management and personal assistance. There is a specific need for this associate to work with multiple clients, supporting other PLM associates. Looking for for a professional who is customer service oriented, is organized and able to multi-task. Computer skills, especially excel are required. Average 20 hours per week starting at $35/hour plus travel expenses.

Tasks specifically revolve around the following

  • Assist with Servicing of existing client accounts – this includes errand running and coordination and supervision of client vendor appointments
  • Coordination with multiple PLM associates. Working with them to support their clients and reporting back in detail tasks performed.
  • Position will include working for multiple clients- keeping track of all hours and tasks complete and not complete. Excel sheets will be required to be filled out in a timely manner.
  • Support of PLM founder with management of office management.

Errands include but are not limited to:

Grocery & Supply Stocking of properties home needs

Administrative Home Management – scheduling of home maintenance items

Meeting Utility and Vendors on Property

Client moves

Additional Information:

  • Position is created as a part time position starting at 15 – 20 hours however the number of hours would significantly increase.
  • Starting Hourly Pay $35 per hour
  • Weekly Tracking of Time Sheets and Expenses
  • Daily summary communications
  • Full Client Confidentiality is expected – no client names can be discussed outside of the company and discretion when speaking with clients is of utmost importance – see Employment Document for specifics
  • All team members are required to be background checked prior to starting
  • Applicable local and state tax form completion is required
  • Additional benefits may apply after 6 months
  • Company credit card is provided for all client expenses
