We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to a busy Real Estate Broker/Owner/Team Leader. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the owner’s working life and communication. We are looking for someone with a strong desire to work in a team atmosphere, is learning and mastery-based, and has goals for advancement. We would also like someone who has a strong desire to learn and advance with marketing and content creation across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the business owner and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls, texts and emails
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes of meetings
- Create agendas, power pointes, outlines and other correspondence
- Assist with executing on vision and tasks assigned by team leader
- Marketing and content creation alongside team leader
- Social Media management for team and team leader
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
Skills
- Proven work experience as a personal or administrative assistant
- Knowledge of multiple social media platforms
- Knowledge of Canva and/or other similar creative tools
- Real Estate experience and knowledge will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School degree
- PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
