Southeast QSR is looking for a Personal Assistant to work in our Clearwater office. This position will directly support our CEO and members of our executive team and will include a diverse assortment of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all requests of the CEO in a timely and efficient manner each day.
  • Act as the point of contact on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage bookkeeping, accounting, and invoicing aspects of the business.
  • Coordinate with flight team to update flight calendars/travel itineraries for two private planes.
  • Calendar management; provide reminders for appointments, one-hour before start time.
  • Office supply/inventory management within the office.
  • Print documents at the request of executive team.
  • Coordinate with courier for pickups and deliveries.
  • Handle any and all inter-office requests from colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Paralegal experience is a plus.
  • Expert level experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and anticipate needs.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
