Southeast QSR is looking for a Personal Assistant to work in our Clearwater office. This position will directly support our CEO and members of our executive team and will include a diverse assortment of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all requests of the CEO in a timely and efficient manner each day.
- Act as the point of contact on behalf of the CEO.
- Manage bookkeeping, accounting, and invoicing aspects of the business.
- Coordinate with flight team to update flight calendars/travel itineraries for two private planes.
- Calendar management; provide reminders for appointments, one-hour before start time.
- Office supply/inventory management within the office.
- Print documents at the request of executive team.
- Coordinate with courier for pickups and deliveries.
- Handle any and all inter-office requests from colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Paralegal experience is a plus.
- Expert level experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and anticipate needs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
