I am seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to ensure smooth operation of daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive team’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events
- Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Discretion and confidentiality
